'Baithul Aidan'

A contemporary-style house near Vavarambalam, Pothancode, was completed for the couple Najeeb Saleem and Alremi Sakkeer. Designed with an open floor plan, it features a minimalist aesthetic with a neutral color palette, allowing ample natural light into the interior.

The elevation features a mix of flat and sloped roofs, with an attached car porch positioned next to the long sit-out. The courtyard is beautifully paved with interlocking bricks, complemented by artificial grass in between.

A distinctive feature of the living-dining passage is the plywood-paneled false ceiling, adorned with cylinder surface lights that complement the interior. The integration of wooden elements and greenery enhances the natural connection within the space.

The living and dining areas are separated by a rotatable TV unit, allowing it to be used conveniently from both spaces.

The double height stair area can be described as the heart of the home. Adjacent to this, the courtyard has been prepared so that it can be used as a family space. A 12mm toughened glass partition seamlessly connects the courtyard to the exterior, allowing ample sunlight to enter.

Vertical pergolas at the staircase landing area and a grid-patterned wooden beaded pergola on the ceiling allow maximum light to flood the interior, while a double-height chandelier serves as a striking focal point.

The dining area is highlighted by a beautiful wash area, a stylish dining table with a marble top, an elegant false ceiling, and a captivating chandelier.

The main feature of the dining area is the stylishly designed wash space, which includes wooden-white theme wall paneling, a mirror light, vanity counter, hanging light, and indoor plants, all creating an elegant atmosphere.

A modular kitchen featuring a breakfast counter in a wood and sage green combination, designed with all the essential amenities for a modern kitchen.

The house features 4 attached bedrooms on both floors, designed with full furnishings including headboards, side tables, wardrobes, mirror units, and false ceilings in wood & beige and wood & gray combinations.
