This cantilever car porch boasts a unique design tailored to meet the preferences of a customer who sought an alternative to traditional pillar-supported structures. The design addresses concerns over limited space and aesthetic appeal, while also ensuring unobstructed access for vehicles.
The car porch is constructed using robust metal fabrication, ensuring durability and stability. To reinforce the oversized structure, two steel rods are strategically positioned at height and supported by stainless steel (SS) ropes. For the roofing material, polycarbonate sheets are selected, offering both strength and transparency.
The roofing is designed with extra strength to accommodate future plans for solar panel installation. Thick GI tube poles and a heavy-duty frame structure ensure durability and stability, while the addition of intricate truss-like patterns adds to the aesthetic appeal.
To maintain design consistency, we opted for the same CNC design featured in the middle of the gates for the compound wall frame, creating a cohesive and harmonious aesthetic throughout the property.
The highlight of the elevation is the sleek black-shaded balcony handrail, characterized by its minimalist design. Complementing this aesthetic is a coordinating wooden handrail, enhancing the beauty of the balcony.
Two gates featuring a minimalist design constructed with GI pipes and adorned with CNC cut designs on GI sheets. A small folding gate provides pedestrian access, while a larger sliding gate offers entry to the car parking area.
The addition of a rectangular frame in the middle enhances the aesthetic appeal of the gates, creating a sense of design uniformity that complements the overall elevation.
